Sales - and delivery terms

Professional sales:

CMS Dental only sells products to dentists and B2B customers. The business relationship is regulated by the Danish purchase legislation regarding trade purchases.

Prices:

Dentists: All prices shown in the web shop are exclusive of 25% VAT and in euros unless otherwise stated. Dentists outside EEC are VAT exempted.

B2B: All prices shown in the web shop are exclusive of 25% VAT and in euros unless otherwise stated.

CMS Dental reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Delivery:

All deliveries are made by UPS, unless otherwise is specified by the Customer. Dispatch date is indicated on the order confirmation.

Cancellation/return:

If you wish to cancel an order, this shall be done before the goods are dispatched by sending an email to shop@cmsdental.dk, stating the order number and what you wish to cancel. The cancellation is free of charge.

Payment:

An invoice with payment instructions is included with the goods and the invoice is emailed upon dispatch of goods.

In case of late payment, CMS Dental reserves the right to charge reminder fees and default interest.

Complaints:

Technical products are covered by a 2-year warranty. Any defects/malfunction within the 2 years will be repaired free of charge by CMS Dental.

If the product is covered by warranty, the customer pays transport to CMS Dental and CMS Dental pays the return freight to the customer. If the product is not covered by warranty, the customer pays both the freight to CMS Dental and the return freight.

Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or severe misuse by the user is not covered by the warranty.

Consumer products are not covered by warranty.

Application of complaint:

Complaints regarding defects must be notified to CMS Dental at shop@cmsdental.dk,. The customer must ensure that the claimed item is properly packed before returning.
